Product cancellations are subject to the individual jeweller’s policy. Each jeweller reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests based on the order status (e.g., processing, shipped, or custom-made).
If a jeweller approves the cancellation, the refund (if applicable) will be processed according to their specific refund policy and timeline. JewellersApp does not handle or guarantee refunds for products sold by third-party jewellers.
To request a cancellation, please contact the jeweller directly through their profile or support contact provided on the JewellersApp platform.
All refunds (if applicable) are governed by the jeweller’s individual return and refund policy. JewellersApp does not process or guarantee refunds for product orders placed with jewellers.
Subscriptions to JewellersApp are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, no full or partial refunds will be issued, regardless of usage or time remaining.
All subscription renewals are final. Please carefully review your selected plan before confirming payment.
JewellersApp is a platform that connects customers with independent jewellers. Each jeweller manages their own orders, fulfillment, cancellations, and return processes. For product-related concerns, please contact the respective jeweller directly. In the event of any fraudulent activity or dispute, the responsibility lies solely with the individual jeweller. JewellersApp shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from such incidents. Customers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the terms, conditions, and policies of each jeweller before placing an order.
